  • To ensure smooth operation, the following components should be provided by the customer:

    1. Steam Heating System: Recommended 3000Kg/Hr steam boiler, pressure 1.25Mpa, with steam pipelines.

    2. Air Compressed System: Includes air compressor and air pipelines.

    3. Glue Conveying System: Including pipes and pumps.

    4. Power Supply System: Includes wiring, connection to control panel, and pipelines.

    5. Water Supply System: Water pipelines, storage tanks, etc.

    6. Raw Materials for Testing: Base paper, corn starch (or potato starch), industrial caustic soda, borax, etc.

    7. Lubrication Materials: Hydraulic oil, lubricating grease, and other necessary oils.

    8. Installation & Commissioning Support: Food, accommodation, and assistance for installers during setup.
