The 5 Ply Automatic Flute Laminator, part of the ZL series by Natraj Corrugating Machinery Co., is designed for the printing and packaging industry. This laminator is ideal for combining cardboard to cardboard or corrugated to cardboard, accommodating various corrugated flute types (A, B, C, D, E, F, N) and layers (three, five, seven). The machine ensures high flatness and precision of the laminated paper.

    The feeding device, made in Taiwan, ensures smooth and accurate feeding of surface paper.

    Surface Paper Conveying Part

    A unique central gear made of wear-resistant PU rubber, combined with a conveying belt, ensures stable and smooth conveying for different sheet thicknesses without abrading the printing surface.

    Alignment System of Surface Paper

    A synchronous sheet pusher ensures that surface and bottom papers enter the pasting part simultaneously, allowing fine adjustments during operation.

    Bottom Paper Feeding Part

    An imported suction feeding device with punching belts ensures stable high-speed feeding. Suitable for cardboard heavier than 300g/m² and corrugated boards of various flutes and layers.

    Bottom Paper Conveying Part

    A synchronous sheet pusher ensures stable and accurate conveying of heavier cardboards and corrugated boards.

    Driving System

    Imported wear-resistant timing belt and belt wheels, combined with a sheet pusher and adjustment system, ensure a paste tolerance of ±1.5mm and reduce sheet tearing.

    Adjustment System

    A fine regulator, manufactured in Japan, allows adjustment of pasting tolerance during high-speed operation, enhancing work efficiency.

    Electrical Control Part

    All electrical components are from world-renowned brands, ensuring stability, durability, frequency speed governing, low noise, and energy conservation.

    Adding Glue and Gumming System

    An automatic glue adding system, controlled by an electrically operated fluid controller, adjusts glue thickness according to paper needs.
